Service Description

This class will help athletes improve in every way. You begin by meeting with our owner, Jason Swafford for an evaluation. During this evaluation - which includes a full InBody scan - athletes receive personalized training and nutrition guidance. Then you can attend as many Training Basics classes as you would like for 30 days! Your coach will focus on improving your technique, strength, conditioning, and flexibility. Our goal is to keep members healthy and strong, while encouraging proper technique and effective movement.
