About the Event
Training starts early with our 3rd-grade through the 6th-grade training program. Young athletes need to learn to use proper running, jumping, and lifting mechanics. Our program does just that. Safe, effective training for our youngest athletes will develop appropriate mechanics and set them up for a lifetime of athletic success.

Purchase of this ticket will provide your student-athlete access to Three days per week of training. Available days are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4:30 until 5:20. Athletes must wear a mask and should bring a water bottle.
