About the Event

In this class, these young athletes will go over the basic fundamentals of movements.  We will go over proper jumping and landing techniques, they will learn how to hinge, squat and press with different implements, i.e. barbell, dumbbells, kettlebell, slam balls, medicine balls, etc. in all different planes of motion correctly.  This class is designed to help kids gain strength and confidence in themselves to become the best athlete they want to be.  On top of this we will be having seminars in the summer to go over proper nutrition, rehab/prehab, sleep and recover when it pertains to youth athletes .  This is a jammed packed 1 hour class designed to be fun, informative, and allow kids to not only what we stated above but to learn basic communication skills with kids in the class, leadership skills, and a good work ethic.
