Class Days Are Tuesday, Thursday, & Sunday Times are 7:30pm Tuesday and Thursday, as well as, Sunday at 11-12. Program Starts March 2nd and last day will be May 9th.

About the Event

Are you looking for serious strength gains, feeling like you have hit a plateau and need a kick to get you to the next level, or maybe you are just now ready to start getting serious about building strength?  If any of these are true, we have a program for you. 

Northville Athletix 10 Week Strength Cycle starts on March 1st.


Our focus will be Olympic lifts and powerlifting movements.  We will be breaking down techniques, emphasizing structural integrity, and eliminating imbalances, all while getting you stronger!

Class times will be Tuesday, Thursday 7:30-8:30 and Sunday 11-12.  To ensure everyone gets a personalized experience, we limit this program to 15 people, so don't procrastinate; sign up today.
